Record a message inculding the Full details of your Situation.
A Maintenance Technician will be dispatched and contact you about you're situation in the event of an emergency.

If you have a routine Maintenance request for anything else regarding repair or services to your apartment home, please contact the leasing office at [231] 348-3888 and speak with a Leasing Assistant to setup a Work Order Request. If you call after hours, you can leave your request on our general voicemail. Please be sure to include your name, apartment address, the situation, and if our Maintenance staff has permission to enter while you are away.
